Summary: I was booked into this hotel at the last minute after another hotel booking had been cancelled. I arrived fairly late and left early in the morning, so didn't spend too much time at the hotel. Bedrooms were nice and bed was comfortable. The location was great, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to transport, restaurants, shopping etc. I was staying here for the Valencia marathon and it was a 10 minute Valenbisi hire bike ride to the start on the morning of the marathon. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would recommend

Summary: Right away the staff was welcoming and friendly! We were greeted warmly even after booking 20 minutes before! The hotel was fully booked and they were kindly able to upgrade us to a suite. It was impeccably clean, spacious and the amenities were amazin. We had just an overall wonderful stay.

Summary: Excellent location, short walk from railway station. Room was spotless, bed very comfy, lovely bathroom with a spacious, powerful shower. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Would definitely return.
